At Lord Kitchens, we pride ourselves on creating spaces that are both stylish and practical. For this project in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, we worked with Mrs. Peach to design and install a modern kitchen that perfectly matched her lifestyle.
Mrs. Peach’s old kitchen was tired and had been painted over multiple times. The under-counter oven no longer suited her needs, and she wanted a high-level oven and microwave for easier access. She also hoped to modernise the look and feel of her kitchen while keeping a layout similar to the original, which she was comfortable with.
This Sheffield kitchen was designed with both style and practicality in mind, featuring:
Durable quartz worktops
An island with breakfast bar for everyday dining
High-level oven and microwave for convenience
Fully integrated appliances
A 5-ring hob with tiled splashback
Fresh white vinyl wrap doors for a timeless look
The project included a full rip-out, new electrics, under-cabinet lighting, plumbing, and fitting of all cabinetry, appliances, and quartz worktops.
Our team worked with an electrician and a Gas Safe engineer to ensure everything was safe and completed to the highest standard. The installation ran smoothly, with only minor adjustments made along the way.
The finished kitchen is a stunning, modern space that blends practicality with style. The high-level oven and 5-ring hob became standout features, while the tiled splashback added texture and character.
Mrs. Peach was particularly delighted with how the design came together and loved being involved at every stage.
Whether you’re based in Sheffield, Chesterfield, or Mansfield, Lord Kitchens can help bring your dream kitchen to life. From concept to completion, our team delivers bespoke kitchens with quality craftsmanship and personal service.
